About Sara

Sara assists with brand strategy development and works with a variety of clients, managing and growing their online communities.

Sara’s background is in media relations, digital marketing, and project management. She has years of agency experience managing the branding efforts for nonprofits, entrepreneurs, thought leaders and authors.

During her previous role as Communications & Event Coordinator at the Texas Apartment Association Education Foundation, Sara managed digital strategy and worked with donors, local affiliates and other partners across the state of Texas to utilize and grow from the foundation’s marketing efforts. As Project Manager at ForbesBooks | Advantage Media Group, Sara worked with a multi-department team on dozens of book publishing projects to build timelines, manage budgets to ultimately ensure client satisfaction. While at Shelton Interactive she worked as a Senior Publicist, executing PR campaigns for some of the nation’s most prominent brands, books and thought leaders. She has secured coverage in national news outlets like Forbes.com, Fast Company, Entrepreneur.com and more.

Sara received a bachelor of science in communication studies while also earning a certificate in business foundations through McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas.
