About Kate

Kate Duggan excels in expanding Zilker Media’s client portfolio through her expertise in cultivating and nurturing strategic partnerships across various industries. Her approach has significantly enhanced Zilker Media’s network and presence, establishing deep-rooted connections within high-profile circles.

In addition to her business development acumen, Kate co-chairs the Good Vibes Initiative (GVI) Council at Zilker Media, leading efforts in corporate social responsibility. She has also been recognized as a judge for the Marketing Communication Awards by SMPS Austin for the past two years.

Kate is actively involved with several influential networking groups, including the Young Women’s Alliance (YWA), Women Communicators of Austin (WCA), and the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). Her contributions to professional communities are complemented by her innovative digital engagements, including creating two popular LinkedIn newsletter interview series.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the Moody College of Communication at The University of Texas, with a minor in business. Her educational background solidifies her role as a skilled strategist at Zilker Media.
